Q: Where can I view my health data from the Ceras devices? 

Tap Ceras on the bottom right of the screen, then tap Health Data.  This will list out all the data points.  To view historic data, tap View More. 


Q: How do I add my device to the Ceras Empower app? 

Tap Ceras on the bottom right, then tap Health Devices.  If you have a Ceras Health device, it will be listed here.  Select the device, agree to the terms and conditions, and then the device ID will populate and connect.  If you are adding a device not provided from Ceras Health, tap add device on the bottom of the screen and select your device. 


Q: How do I know if my device is connected to the Ceras Empower app? 

On the Ceras screen, tap Health Devices. A connected device will say connected in green. 

 
Q: How do I view my historical data from the device? 

Tap Health Data on the Ceras screen.  Here you can see all your vitals, tapping view more on a specific vital will open historic data. 


Q: What does the support feature do? 

The support feature allows you to share your screen with a Ceras Health team member to help you with any questions you may have.  You will need to be on the phone with the support team and enter in a 6-digit code. 

 
Q: Where does the medication information come from and why can’t I add my own medications? 

The medications tile is a list of medications you have made known to your Ceras Health care coordinator.  This feature is simply to view your medication list. 

 
Q: Why can’t I schedule an appointment with my doctor on the Ceras Empower app? 

My appointments feature is for you to schedule an appointment with your Ceras Health care coordinator. 

Q: Where can I see who has liked, commented on, or shared my posts? 

On the Ceras screen, tap Friends Activity on my post.  Here you can see who has liked, commented on, or shared your posts. 

Q: Where can I view all my posts? 

On the Ceras screen, tap My Activities.  Here you can see your posts, posts you’ve liked, commented on, and shared. 

Q: How do I add a profile image? 

Tap Ceras on the bottom right of the screen.  Above your name, there is a red circle with a pencil icon; tap the pencil.  You can upload an image from your photo gallery, take a photo in real-time, or select an avatar. 

Q: Where do I go to update my profile information 

On the Ceras screen, under your profile image, tap edit.  Here you can update your demographic information and add communication preferences. 

Q: What is the switch account feature? 

This is not something that is being used currently.
