Other Ceras Health patients and Ceras Health staff members. 

 
Q: What types of posts can go on the Ceras Empower app? 

You can post a photo, video, or text post. 
 

Q: Can you zoom in on a photo? 

Yes, use your fingers to zoom in on an image. 


Q: How do I know if someone liked, commented, or shared my post? 

Go to Ceras on the bottom right of your screen.  Tap Friends Activity on my Post. Here you will see all the likes, comments, and shares on your posts from others. 


Q: Do I have to complete the wellness assessments? 

The wellness assessments are not required to be completed but are encouraged.  You will also earn reward points for completing them. 


Q: Why do some posts have a point value displayed on the top left? 

Some posts have wellness questions associated with them.  These questions will also earn you reward points. 


Q: What type of posts can I share on the Empower app? 

Photos, videos, and text posts.
