What to do if your device is not charging

This document will assist users with any charging related issues 

  1. Be sure the charging port on the back of the device is clear of any debris 
  2. A microfiber cloth can be used to clean both the charging port and the charging cable, if necessary 
  3. Swap AC adaptors to use with the charging cord 
  4. Try using a different wall outlet 
  5. If available, use a USB port on a laptop or tablet 
  6. Contact the help desk at 877-723-7277 for further assistance
