What to do if your device is not charging
This document will assist users with any charging related issues
- Be sure the charging port on the back of the device is clear of any debris
- A microfiber cloth can be used to clean both the charging port and the charging cable, if necessary
- Swap AC adaptors to use with the charging cord
- Try using a different wall outlet
- If available, use a USB port on a laptop or tablet
