Trouble Viewing Data FAQ

Patient Portal: 

1. Open www.cerashealth.com 
2. Click Login on the top right 
3. Enter in the users email and password 
4. If this is a new user, or the user has forgotten their password, click Forgot Password 
5. Enter in the users email address 
6. A password reset link will be sent to the email address 
7. Once logged in, the user can see their vital sign information for the last 24 hours, 1 week, 1 month, and 1 year 
8. Users can also view their data in a graph form by clicking Graph
