The first time a user attempts to access their health data on the mobile app, they will need to set up their password. Before walking the user through this process, be sure we have the correct emails address listed in the profile email section of our platform. Explain that their email address was the first step in creating their account.
- The user will need to open the Ceras Mobile App and tap Access Health Data at the bottom of the screen
- In order to initially set up a password, the user will need to tap Forgot Password ?? at the bottom of the screen
- Have the user enter their email, be sure it matches what we have on their profile email in our platform
- The user will receive a 6 digit one time passcode to their email
- Once the user enters the 6 digit one time passcode, they will be able to set up their password
- Be sure the user taps Confirm to save their new password
- Explain to the user they will be brought back to the login page and will need to enter their email and password again
- Their health data will now be visible
