# Downloading Ceras Empower App

Q:  How does an iPhone user find and download the Empower app? 

For iPhone users, the App Store icon is a blue square with a white ‘A’ in the center. Search “Ceras Empower” 

   
Q: How does an Android user locate and download the Empower app? 

For Android users, the Google Play Store icon is a multi-colored triangle icon. Search “Ceras Empower” 

Q: What does the icon for the Ceras Empower App look like? 

The Ceras Empower app is a gray/blue background with a white bumblebee. (Should we add a picture?) 

Q: What information may be needed to download the Empower app? 

Users may need to know their apple ID/password or their google ID/password.
