There are two places a user can view their health data:  via the Ceras mobile app or the Patient Portal on cerashealth.com 

**Ceras Mobile App:** 

1. On the Ceras mobile app, the bumblebee icon, tap **Access Health Data** on the bottom of the screen 
2. Enter in the users email address and password 
3. If this is a new user or the user has forgotten their password, please reference the \[insert link to How to Create a Password FAQ\] 
4. On each vital sign, tap **Measure Now** and a countdown will appear followed by the users vital sign information 

**Patient Portal:** 

1. Open [www.cerashealth.com](http://www.cerashealth.com/) 
2. Click **Login** on the top right 
3. Enter in the users email and password 
4. If this is a new user, or the user has forgotten their password, click **Forgot Password** 
5. Enter in the users email address 
6. A password reset link will be sent to the email address 
7. Once logged in, the user can see their vital sign information for the last 24 hours, 1 week, 1 month, and 1 year 
8. Users can also view their data in a graph form by clicking **Graph**
